Procedures and Protocols

We acknowledge that visiting the Quadrant is not the most convenient experience.

Please consider the following, so that your weekly visits can be as painless as possible.

DROP AND GO

  • This is an optional service which the FUNdamental Swimming offers for your convenience.
  • The service is offered by Mike and is used entirely at your own risk.
  • FUNdamental Swimming cannot be held responsible for any implications arising.
  • You are welcome to enter through the boom and drop your child with Mike.
  • Please do not park inside the boom area. It is for dropping only.
  • Mike will be available from 13h00-17h00 Mon-Fri and from 08h00-12h00 on Saturday.
  • Once you have dropped your child with Mike you are welcome to park.

PARKING

  • Please ensure you have cash available or snapscan on yourp hone.
  • Parking is available outside a Tavola restaurant, outside the CivicCentre, underground at
  • Library Square or across the road at Kingsbury Hospital.
  • Please do not park illegally or in the bays reserved for other businesses.
  • In the event of illegal parking your car will be clamped.
  • We beg your patience and co-operation with the parking attendants and security staff.

ACCESS CONTROL

  • Bear in mind that the Quadrant is a residential area.
  • Please wait at the door for a FUNdamental Swimming staff member to let you in.
  • For security reasons please do not let any other people into the gym.
  • Feel free to watch the lessons from the outside viewing window.
  • Parents, siblings etc may not wait around the pool area.
  • Unfortunately, your swimming fees do not include gym membership.
