PARKING: We acknowledge that visiting the Quadrant is not the most convenient experience. Please consider the following, so that your weekly visits can be as painless as possible. Owing to the location of the Quadrant (central Claremont), most options for parking are paid, so please ensure you have cash or snapscan available for paid parking. Paid parking is available outside aTavola restaurant, outside the Civic Centre and surrounds, underground at Library Square, or across the road at Kingsbury Hospital. Please do not park illegally or in the bays reserved for other businesses. In the event of illegal parking your car will be clamped. Please do not idle in the area outside Nood and the Fertility Centre. This is not a stop and go. Please notify au pairs, grandparents and anyone lifting your child of the parking situation.

ACCESS CONTROL: Please wait at the door for a FUNdamental Swimming staff member to let you in. Please do not yank the door to be let in. Feel free to watch the lessons from the outside viewing window. Parents, siblings etc may not wait around the pool area due to disturbances caused. Unfortunately, your swimming fees do not include gym membership. Please notify au pairs and grandparents and anyone lifting your child of the access control situation.

ETIQUETTE: Please bear in mind the Quadrant is a residential area. Please keep noise to a minimum and not use the courtyard as a changing room. We beg your patience and co-operation with the parking attendants and security staff at the Quadrant Complex. Sadly, the most frequent complaint we get from the landlord is about unnecessary rudeness from clients towards security. The pool deack is slippery. Please walk carefully and dry off properly before walking around. Please notify au pairs, grandparents and anyone lifting your child of the approriate etiquette.

PAYMENT TERMS, ATTENDANCE & CANCELLATION: Payment for the Technical Programme is upfront for the term (usually 9-11 weeks). Payment for the Fitness Programme is upfront for the month (session x number of weeks). Missed lessons are not carried forward as credit. Missed lessons can be made up if/where possible and by prior arrangement with Jax within the same billing period. One month written notice is required for cancellation of sessions.
