FUNdamental Swimming is an online learning platform and a swim school with two indoor venues in Cape Town. Our aim is to encourage children and adults of every level and background to learn and enjoy swimming in a way that is appealing, effective and FUN. It is our hope that as many swimmers as possible will remain in the sport for as long as possible. Our online learning platform aims to inspire and equip parents, swimming teachers and coaches with resources and skills needed to teach swimming successfully.  

FUNdamental Swimming is proud to offer two indoor, heated 25m pool venues in Cape Town. Both venues have qualified, experienced and passionate swimming teachers, coaches and assistants to suit the needs of swimmers of all levels.
